Map screen coordinates to a document position, ignoring collapsed
(font-size: 0) hide marks. CodeMirror’s posAtCoords cannot be replaced
globally — use this (or the hide extension’s mouseSelectionStyle) wherever
a host would call view.posAtCoords. When every cluster on the line has a
positive box, delegates to CodeMirror unchanged.
